Here's my build:
Cooler Master HAF 912 Case
NZXT Sentrey Mesh Fan Controller
Western Digital WD Blue 1 TB 7200rpm
Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
Asus GTX 650 Ti Boost 2gb
LITE-ON DVD Burner
Corsair CX600M
G.Skill Ripjaws X 8GB (2x4gb)DDR3 1600
AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE
Cooler Master Megaflow 200mm case fan
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

I was also wondering if it was safe for me with this build, to overclock the cpu higher than it is already. (3.4GHZ)

Better if gtx 660 if tight budget then ok

Overlocking is safe might heat the cpu

You should buy

I5 3570k

Gtx 660 :-)

This cpu can be overlocked easily and is much safer

If you can't

Just go for it(amd)

But graphic card is not so good

If you are decent graphic gamer then its perfect otherwise definitely get gtx 660

Not bad at all, just be careful when overclocking so you don't overheat your CPU. There isn't really any need for a faster PC at the moment unless you're impatient and hate loading screens, because everything will run on max.

I rate this build negative to the minus 16 million to the third power below the number line. My grandmas computer is faster using a hamster wheel.
