A Good Sniping Game for Lower-End PC's.?

Question

I'm looking for a sniping game or games that are realistic with using weather and other realistic things like that for a lower-end PC.

I have tried Sniper: Ghost Warrior for my PC and even on the lowest settings it's still too laggy.

PC Specs:
4GB (3.2 Usable)
Dual-Core Processor @ 3.2Ghz
HD Radeon 4200 Graphics Card.

Am I missing anything else?

Sniper elite will run fairly well it is from 2005 but is probably the best that can run on your system.
