I also need a link to some compatible RAM, Sound & Graphics Cards. With these new parts would it be able to play Skyrim on at least Medium?

That PC is not for gaming. As mentioned that is an office PC. It's outdated and you're not going to be able to upgrade the processor or anything because it's on an older socket, and DDR2 RAM is going to be harder to find. It has an expansion for PCI-Express graphics cards but you're not going to get anything good without a new power supply, but from the looks of it to me the PSU is probably an odd size and not upgradable.



So no, this computer isn't gonna play Skyrim on medium. You should really consider a different system altogether that has more modern hardware.

No........thats not even close to called a gaming PC............even if you get i3 processor,it wont increase much performance...lets give the graphic card more attention...i suggest to get something with more than 1GB VRAM............

its an office pc, dells gaming pc's are the alienwares and the XPS'
