Your graphic card is not meant for gaming, so you need to play on low resolution and medium settings. Buy a new graphics card. Mouse lag is because you have v-sync on. Google how to put it off. But it is time to change your graphics card, for example GTX 560 ti 200$ can run all games full HD high/ultra

i'm in basic terms going to reassure you that your laptop could play this with out lag. I basically have a 2.6GHz CPU and a GTX 650 Ti with basically 4GB RAM and that i will max out the settings so yours could nevertheless run Skyrim wonderful even at max settings. i don't be attentive to why you're lagging even with the undeniable fact that. attempt updating your photographs drivers on the NVIDIA web page, and in case you have the main modern-day drivers, attempt the beta drivers. If this does not restoration it, it would desire to be defective RAM. At one element, I had 8GB RAM however the 2d 4GB stick grew to become out to be defective and my audio/video stored lagging somewhat and freezing often times, I additionally had the BSOD once or twice daily. different than for that, touch NVIDIA if no longer something works.

You lack graphic RAM...to run Skyrim smoothly,at least you need something like 2GB VRAM(graphic RAM)or more..........
