I've tried running BF3, and it runs but at a really low FPS and low quality. I'd rather not buy anything, but if it's needed can you link me to something cheap and what to buy exactly?

Here's your problem:

Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics

Manufacturer: Intel Corporation

Chip type: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family

This computer was not designed to play games. This is just a basic display adapter. If you want to game you need a gaming graphics card. Sorry but you got to pay if you want to play. A computer is simply a computer. If you want it to game then it needs the appropriate hardware, just like a gaming console does, in order to do so. As far as price well consider this, you think a $50 card will work just as good as a $250-$400 card? You get what you pay for so if you want good frame rates, high details on the graphics, all the nice effects then don't expect that out of something that is "cheap".

Looks like you've got integrated graphics. You won't be able to run anything like BF3 with that. The minimum graphics required is either an NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT or ATi Radeon HD 3870 with pixel shader 5.0. You can get either of those fairly cheaply on ebay, though I would get one slightly better for a bit more. Your memory and other specs are fine, it's just the card you need. Getting one would improve your other games as well (if applicable).

Your problem is you are using an built in Graphics card which is only use full for small rendering games and videos. For high graphic games you must have a graphic card either of Nvidia or ATI never go for Intel. With that you will be able to run your games easily :)
