My team fortress 2 keeps freezing and crashing when i try to join a server!!?

Question

Im getting slightly pissed off about this now.Whenever i try and join a server it says getting server info and will crash. I have litterally tried everything (that forums and stuff told me)
changed the launch set-up
deleted some of the files
reinstalled steam
reinstalled tf2
refreshed when going through server lists
please could you help me i love this game to pieces and i really want to be able to play with my friends!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!

I say go in steam and clear the cache, Can be done by this

Right click TF2

Properties

Clear Cache,Or clear local cache or something along those lines

If that doesn't work and ur desperate, Get a new computer!

an same happens to me 2 ! ! ! particularly diference is that the server checklist DID artwork the 1st time i opened the interest and that i ought to browse all servers that i had to connect.After collaborating in a interest i desirous to close this gadget and play later.when I opened it up lower back,comparable errors as u stated up there ! "Retreiving server counsel" and not a ONE server on the checklist.there is particularly one actualy interior the present server checklist and thats the only i already performed on,yet its ping is above 250 so i decide for to locate one with under one hundred yet no servers practice ! please actually all human beings,help slve this annoying,annoying undertaking !
