Hitman 3 Blood money Installation Problem?

Question

I've been trying to install Hitman 3 blood money on my PC for ages.
But when I launch the game A message comes up saying:
This aplication has failed to start because D3DX9_27.DLL was not found. Re-installing the aplication mas fix this problem.
But I've tried re installing the game, Installing DirectX.9.0 And game Shadow that came with the game on the disc (Somebody told me to try it) Nothing worked. So If anybody knows how to fix this problem or tell me what it is please answer. If it is fixable can you write me a step by step Instruction. Thanks!
PS I have a new computer but the game still dosen't work.

I thought it was Because of your Graohics card! , But you said that you have a new PC



1-When you install the game dont launch the game on the desktop go to C/Program files/Hitman 3 or whatever open it from there



2- if it still doesnt work you should crack it have you cracked it copy the shortcut in your CD and pste it in the game directory for example My computer C/Program files/Hitman 3

D3DX9_27.DLL download

download the file . extract the .dll file.put the D3DX9_27.DLL file in the installed game folder then go.

or

u can update directx from microsoft.com/downlaod.

let me know what happens.

You Must be widows vista thats way it's not working
