Does anyone know how to fix morrowind pc bug to regen magicka?

I am getting sick of resting to get my magicka back up. I would like to know if there is any way to fix this little bug. Please really need so help! Thanks.

That is why there are recover magicka potions.



Once you get a real good magician, you'd be carrying dozens of those.

first off, its not a bug, thats how it was designed, you could probably go into the construction set and figure it out...



it is good seeing a fellow morrowind player though...
