you should look around in the room and see if you can get the lights to change to a diferent collor or look around with therman googles or other kinds of googles..there is probably somthing/someone invissible in the room

Hm, may be you could upload extra fan or thermal paste (in basic terms such as you stated earlier) yet, i think of, please exchange your ability furnish with suitable on your new motherboard. it is in basic terms my assumption.
