what are your pc specs? like processor, ram and graphics card.

this is a graphics card problem.

update your graphics card driver to the newest one.

if this doesn't work i would say that your graphics card is not fast enough.

because i dont know your pc

try here to see if your pc can run the game

select a game from dropdown list and scan

http://cyri.systemrequirementslab.com/srtest/

it scans your pc to see if it can run the game.

always do this before buying a game

if it barely passes the test then the game still might run slowly.

you want it to pass easily

this is also just a guide. you must check the recommended requirements against your pc
