I have tried my best to run full screen applications at average quality to get high FPS but never has it been till now that the games have run over 25 FPS at any cost. After checking from "http://www.game-debate.com" I have found that my processor is just 30% less effective than the required Core2Quad 2.4 GHz processor to run GTA4 which gives around 60-80 FPS in them. Comparatively, I ought to have got at least 30-35 FPS with 0 LAG!! Where has benchmark suggests that at max. it can go to 25.91 FPS. Moreover I can't play either of the titled applications above '800x600' screen size properly (availabe - 1370x768) I doubt if GRAPHIC CARD is causing this problem. I need a reasonable answer... So all software or hardware specialists or any vendor or anybody who at least has/have knowledge about these stuffs more than me, please reply. I have been thirsting to play a heavy full screen application (involving graphics) since a month and haven't been successful yet. Any good response shall be really useful to me...

The graphics card is barely an entry level card from a few years ago.

You need a new graphics card, thats all.

there is no other answer.

Are all your drivers up to date? Have you scanned for adware viruses ect?

You could also try and do a defragmentation of your hard drive, also clean up any registry issues.

All of the above can help speed up your pc for gaming, you could also try Game Booster.

Spyware http://www.superantispyware.com/

Drivers(Scans for outdated drivers) http://www.driverscanner.com/staging/index.html

Defrag http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/Hard-Disk-Utils/Power-Defragmenter.shtml
