i am having a devil may cry4 pc version. i installed it to my pc. but there is a problem. some one please help?

i installed devil may cry4 pc version to my computer from a cd. but after installing there are 2 tabs in my desktop when i click it. a pop up window appears. it say's "this application has failed to start because xinput1_3.dll was not found. i downloaded xinput1_3.dll from internet. now what do i do. some one please help me.

Download that latest "Direct X Package "

Install it.

Install the DMC4 again.
