How to install .package files on Sims 3?

Question

Ok, I have tried making the mods then package folder in
Sims 3 Late Night> show package contents> contents> resources> transgaming> c_drive> program files> Electronic Arts> The Sims 3
I added the mods folder there, then a package folder inside that
I also added the resource.cfg file in The Sims 3 folder.
The only games I have are the base game, World Adventures, and Late Night.
My run without custom content box is unchecked.
Please tell me what I'm doing wrong :P

1- Download Helper Monkey from here :

2- Select all the files then right click -> Send to ->Sims 3 as custom Contet .



3- Choose Sims 3 from the first drop down list



4- Click install



5- Install the framework if any errors occurred from here:

To install .package files, go to where you have your Sims 3 files, usually "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3". Inside this folder, you should have a folder named "Mods". Inside the "Mods" folder will be a file named "Resource.cfg". Create a new folder inside the same folder as the "Resource.cfg" file and name the new folder "Packages". Place your .package files inside this folder. Your downloads will then work.
