E:\setup\data\main\video\scoutsniper_load.bik. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

it says that when i try to install call of duty 4 on my laptop but i've tried clicked retry all the time
whats wrong? :S and how can i fix

There are several conditions that cause this error:



- There is an issue with the DVD disc; it may be damaged, scratched or dirty.

- There may be an issue with the configuration of the DVD drive.

- If you're not getting the same error message with another DVD disc installation, that means the disc is dirty or corrupted.

- Look for fingerprints, scratch marks, or dirty spots on the disc and clean it with the disc cleaner and retry.

- There is also a known problem with Windows Installer reading compressed files from CD that occurs on some DVD or CD-Rom drives. This can occur even if other media read correctly.

i had all sorts of errors installing that one. go to systemrequirementslab.com to make sure your computer can run the game. then i upgraded video and sound card drivers, and a whole bunch of other crap before i finally just re-installed windows. that worked for me. HUGE pain in the ****, but i can play it now.

its looks likes that your copy has a problem not the your pc
